Examples of Custom Applications:

A four head machine with a sliding fixture for an instrument panel assembly application. This machine features controls to check for the presence of 17 separate components before riveting can take place, a light curtain with interlocked guards and a PLC controlled operator interface.		A two head machine for an aircraft application. This machine features pneumatic/hydraulic drive with a 20” throat depth, PLC controls used to vary center distances from .437” to 25,” to accommodate a wide variety of assembly components, and is designed to allow for quick changeovers to different rivet diameters.		Massive “C-frame” construction developing 40,000 pounds of riveting force to set 2 solid stainless steel rivets for heavy duty truck application. This machine also features pneumatic/hydraulic drive and PLC controls to provide real-time force sensing and part presence monitoring so that each assembly meets customer requirements.
