Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. warrants new automatic rivet setting equipment and parts (excluding tooling such as anvils, drivers and jaws) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair and replacing, at its option, any goods which upon inspection by Chicago Rivet to have been deemed defective in material or workmanship. The buyer must return the goods to our designated factory, shipping charges prepaid, with complete information as to alleged defects.

Rivet Machine Rebuilding

Although we do not sell used or reconditioned equipment, we do offer customers rivet machine rebuilding services for all current model Chicago Rivet machines. If you presently own a Chicago Rivet machine that may be in need of an overhaul, this equipment can be returned to our factory for full inspection and a cost quotation for any rivet machine rebuilding operations we determine necessary. Service Calls

Rivet Machine ServicesIf you are having a machine or tool problem, give us a call. In many situations, we can resolve the problem over the phone or recommend a replacement part. For many of our standard riveters such as the model 450 and the 912, many replacement parts are in stock. Some common parts are clutch components, relays, solenoids and parts for your safety equipment-to name just a few- and can be shipped to arrive at your shop the next day. We can also assist you over the phone should you have any questions regarding the installation of a particular part, to help minimize your down-time and costs as well. There may be cases where a visit to your facility is needed. We can respond by dispatching an experienced Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. Service Technician in a timely manner.
